Today, Kay is known for helping beauty professionals think differently about their craft, their confidence, and the careers they are building. Her education extends beyond haircutting, blending technical expertise with client communication, consultations, retail strategy, and business growth to create experiences that leave a lasting impact.
As the creator of Texture Theory and co-founder of Beyond the Highlight Reel, Kay is passionate about developing confident professionals who do not just master their technique, but build careers with intention.
