What started as a passion for curly hair quickly evolved into something much bigger. Today, Kay is known for helping beauty professionals think differently about their craft, their confidence, and the careers they are building. Her education extends beyond haircutting, blending technical expertise with client communication, consultations, retail strategy, and business growth to create experiences that leave a lasting impact.
